Course Information

Purpose

This comprehensive four-day seminar equips biomedical technicians and service professionals with hands-on expertise in Nihon Kohden patient monitoring systems. Participants will gain practical skills in equipment troubleshooting and malfunction identification.

Airport Proximity

CT airport: Bradley International Airport (BDL) – Hartford
Travel time on fastest route – approximately 1 hour, 5 mins (alternate routes from Bradley are 1.5-hour drive)

Directions from Bradley to Defibtech:

  • Take Bradley International Airport connector (CT-20 East) and use right 2 lanes to merge onto I-91 South towards Hartford
  • Follow I-91 South to merge onto I-95 North toward New London
  • Follow I-95 North until exit 59 for Goose Lane
  • Turn right off exit ramp onto Goose Lane, then an immediate right onto US-1 South/Boston Post Road
  • At the next traffic light, turn right until Concept Park
  • The first/front building is 741 Boston Post Road
  • Parking is available in the front and back lots; handicapped parking is located underneath the building in the garage

Registration Info

Each attendee must preregister by completing the Preregistration Form so that it is received no later than registration cut-off date of 30 days prior to the class start date. Nihon Kohden America, LLC limits the number of registered attendees to ensure the best learning environment. Confirmation for each attendee will be sent by email.

Cancellation

NO-SHOW POLICY:
Nihon Kohden LLC no-show policy stipulates that the full tuition fee will be charged if a participant fails to attend a scheduled class without providing a written minimum 10 days’ notice. Should a tuition waiver have been used during registration, the full tuition fee will be applied, or the waiver will be forfeited. This policy is in place to acknowledge the resources and preparation invested in the arrangement. Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy are greatly appreciated.

CLASS CANCELLATION:
Nihon Kohden America, LLC retains the authority to cancel any seminar or class at its discretion. In the event of cancellation, registered attendees will receive timely notification, and their tuition will either be refunded or applied towards a future seminar or class.
